Every life is unique and funerals should be too.
Funeral director Susan Dill made special efforts to surprise the Radojcsics family with a unique display because Kris had a lifelong love of cars and his wife wanted to celebrate his life during the visitation and memorial service.
This family wanted to honor their mother with one last ride in her son's truck and were afraid the funeral director was going to say "no" ...but that's something we rarely say here at Snyder Funeral Homes! The funeral director was stunned to see the beautiful Mom decal and flowers decorating the truck as well as the care given to put down carpet—and drove slowly enough the pallbearers could safely ride with the casket from the short distance from the church to the cemetery.
For a man who loved his daily 4 for $4 from Wendy's... the funeral director surprised the family with one last 4 for $4 combo to display in his honor. Thank you to our local Wendy's location for allowing us to borrow the tray.
Listen to a special radio tribute for Jim Keller given by his favorite radio station 100.1 FM as a surprise to his family while they were in procession to Shauck Cemetery to lay Jim to rest. Special thanks to Chris Kelly (VP of Programming at iHeart Media Ashland Mansfield) and 4th generation funeral director Hannah Wernecke for making this happen!
We encourage personalization on all the products we sell. Custom designs can be everything from laser engraving machines to sport team stickers to simple permanent markers to write a heartfelt message on the casket or urn. All of these options are healing experiences and we will help find the right one for your family.
Not every funeral needs to be inside nor does it need to have an organist. This heartfelt tribute to Mary Edith Graham was made extra special with live guitar music.
