Yolanda Crabtree, age 58, of Marion, passed away Thursday, April 4, 2019 at Marion General Hospital.

Yolanda was born in Bucyrus, Ohio on February 22, 1961 to Gilbert and Elizabeth (Luthy) Quaintance and graduated from Colonel Crawford High School in 1979.  Yolanda met the young Philip Leroy Crabtree at work; shortly after, the two were wed on June 12, 1981.  Together they started their lives together moving their growing family to Marion. Yolanda will be missed by her mother, Elizabeth; children, William P. (Emily) Crabtree and Amy L (John Merz) Crabtree, both of Marion; grandchildren, Charlotte, Olivia, and Charlie; and siblings, Jamey Quaintance, June Burling, and Tina (Mark) Braden; along with numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her husband, Yolanda was preceded in death by her father, Gilbert and sister, Lily Pulley.

A service honoring Yolanda’s life will be held at the Marion First Church of the Nazarene, 233 W. Church St., Marion, on Wednesday, April 10, 2019 at 12 noon.  Friends may call two hours prior to the service.
