William Howard Millhoan, 65, of Delaware died Wednesday morning at Grady Memorial Hospital. He was born February 23, 1943 in Delaware to Martin and Dorothy (Bachelor) Millhoan. He was a lifetime Delaware resident who had worked at PPG Industries for over 30 years. He had been a member of the Delaware County Fair Board since 1991 and the Brown Jug Society since 2003. He enjoyed working and farming and had a love of harness racing and enjoyed working with wood, heavy equipment, and at the fairgrounds. He is survived by his wife of almost 29 years, Terry (Todd) Millhoan; 3 sons, Mike (Cindy), Todd (Diane), and Kip Millhoan, all of Delaware; daughter, Kelly (Jason) Doty of Delaware; grandson, Shane Edward Millhoan; sister, Carolyn (Ed) Harter of Delaware; former wife, Karen George of Delaware. He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister Betty Porter. The family will receive friends on Saturday March 22nd from 2 – 4 and 6 – 8 pm at the Rodman Neeper Funeral Home, Delaware and where funeral services will be held on Monday March 24th at 10:30 am with Rev. Kevin Seymour officiating. Burial will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery. Contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
