Wendell B. Feasel, age 72 of Delaware, passed away Christmas evening at his residence following a courageous battle with cancer. He was born July 14, 1934 in Sunbury to Emmett and Hazel (nee Wintermute) Feasel. He was a lifelong area resident and retired from Madison Landmark, was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church, and was a volunteer for the Council for Older Adults driving, delivering meals for the Senior Nutrition Program. And he loved to go fishing. He is survived by his loving wife Rose Mary (Trigg); two sons Michael (Glenda) of Johnstown and Howard (Pamela) of Ostrander; three grandchildren Kara, Sheri, and Tyler; two sisters Evelyn Brookens of Delaware and Mary Catherine Thomas of Wisconsin; sister-in-law Mickey Feasel of Columbus. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother Kenneth. A funeral mass will be said on Friday, December 29th at 10:00 AM at St. Mary Catholic Church with the Rev. Fr. Black officiating. Family will receive friends in the church vestibule starting at 9:00 AM. Interment will follow at St. Mary Cemetery. The family encourages contributions to be made to St. Mary Catholic Church. Arrangements were entrusted to Rodman Neeper Funeral Home & Crematory.
