Mount Gilead, Ohio
Virginia A. “Ginny” (Saylor) Wolford, age 52, of Mount Gilead, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Thursday morning, January 19, 2012, at the Riverside Methodist Hospital following a brief illness.
On January 2, 1960, Ginny was born in Mount Gilead, the daughter of the late Herman and Archie Saylor. She graduated from Mount Gilead High School in the Class of 1979.
Ginny was a person who had such a great love for her family. She loved to crochet in her spare time and made baby blankets for the babies in her family. She spent a lot of time at Outreach with many friends. She had a lot of love for animals, especially her dog, Shane Kyle Moreland.
In spite of her health struggles since she was 18 years old, Ginny always had a positive attitude. She truly loved life and laughter, and could smile through even the toughest times. She will forever be remembered for her kind and compassionate heart.
She will be sadly missed by her beloved family, which includes her sisters: Della (Raymond Busse) Sanford of Mount Gilead, Sharon (Bill) Rausch of Marengo, and Romona Harman of Mount Gilead; a brother, Sherman Brock of Mount Gilead; nieces and nephews: Travis, Bill, April, Chrystal, Amber, Brooke, Courtney, Brandi, Stephanie, and Selina; great nieces and nephews: Cassidy, Christopher, Brock, Kelly, Mia, Kyle, Gavin, Alayni, Derek and many other nieces and nephews; and by five half sisters: Debbie (Reggie) Steele, Renea (Randy) Jo, Connie Wyatt, Beth Wyatt and Lois (Rick) Millar.
