MANSFIELD: Trevor Allan Smith, of Mansfield, passed away Monday December 21, 2015 in Ohio Health MedCentral Mansfield Hospital. He was 3 years old.

Born January 23, 2013, Trevor was happy, ornery and always smiling.  He is survived by his mother Roberta “Bobbi” Doklovic and father Darrell DeShawn Smith; brother Zachary Kauffman and many additional brothers and a sister.

A graveside service will be held at 2 pm, Tuesday, January 5, 2016 in Lantz Cemetery.  The Rev. Doyle Peyton will officiate.

  • My children are cousins of Darrell, I lost my baby son Jan 13, 2015, so I know the pain, confusion, and hurt you are feeling. Just know that your baby is with our Father, he is happy, and doing well..God called him home, you were only a temporary mother for him that God choose. So don’t be angry, God has a plan, don’t ever question his work.. Rejoice and be happy your son is smiling, playing an feeling Alive!..Pray for strength

  • I do not know your personally but when I read about your little boy it broke my heart and I just cannot get it out of mind and heart. I am sending love and prayers of peace, comfort, and the ability to go on. Little Trevor is now resting and happy in the presence of the Lord. God bless you and the family
