Shelly (Dent) Moore

MANSFIELD: Blessed with the ability to write, Shelly (Dent) Moore was both creative and artistic. In fact she was in the process of composing her own romance novel.
Shelly also enjoyed quilting and glass painting. Her hands now at rest, Shelly passed away Sunday evening, January 24, 2010 in Select Specialty Hospital in Columbus following an extended illness. She was 43.
Shelly was born November 2, 1965 in Willard to William and Merilyn (Van Wagner) Dent and graduated from Plymouth High School in 1984.
Computer savvy, over the years Shelly acquired numerous internet friends. She will be remembered as a loving mother and sister who lived for her children and grandchildren.
Shelly is survived by her children Ricky (Tabby) Moore of Wooster, Brian (Kelly) Dreibelbis of North Carolina, Brittany Dent-Moore, Catelin Dreibelbis, Zakary and Kassey Moore all of Mansfield; granddaughter Payton Dreibelbis; sisters and brother Robin (Frank) Bumpus of Johnson City, Tennessee, Michelle Killen of Mansfield, Merilyn (Robert) Picklesimer of Mansfield, Jeannie (deceased husband Ricky Lee) Shaffer of Surprise, Arizona, Forrest (Janis) Dent of Dayton, Kelly (Ronnie) Shaffer of Galion; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and extended family; special friends John (Dana) Bokelman of New Jersey and Mikey (Amy) Kaye of New York.
Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her nephew Erik Worner.
A memorial service celebrating the life of Shelly (Dent) Moore will begin at 1pm on Friday, January 29, 2010 in the sanctuary of Mansfield First Assemblies of God, 1000 McPherson Street, Mansfield.
Memorial contributions to the Shelly (Dent) Moore Memorial Fund and may be made through the funeral home.
