  • Patty-
This news brings so much sadness into our hearts for the loss of our dear dear friend Sam. You both always welcomed us with open arms and we enjoyed so many wonderful story telling sessions with you both. There is definitely avoid in the universe now. As many times as we have all sat under the sky at night looking at the stars and whatever else was up there listening to Sam’s stories. I feel cheated that those times were not enough to spend with the two of you. He was a man with a huge heart who at the same time would never back down. I still remember him standing up for the geese at the lake. Please know we are only a phone call away. You are in our thoughts and prayers my dear dear friend.

  • Pat I am so sorry to here about Sam. We loved him. a wonderful person. You and your family are in our prayers

We will always remember the nice times we had at the marina. We will always remember the outer space stories Sam told us on Saturday nights on Catawba Island.
    Peace be with you Sam.
