Michael Steven Miller, 54, of Delaware died unexpectedly Sunday morning at his residence. He was born October 26, 1952 in Columbus to Jack Delmar Miller and Dorothy Mae (nee Frey) Miller. He was the manager of the Kentucky Fried Chicken restaurant in Sunbury and had been an employee for over 30 years. He had been a Delaware County resident since 1976 who enjoyed hunting and fishing. He was a former scoutmaster and day camp director for the Boy Scouts of America. He is survived by his wife of 26 years, Kimberly (nee Blasko); son, Andrew Miller at home; 3 daughters, Amber Miller at home, Tina Miller and Christina Swain of Columbus; 6 grandchildren; brother, Richard (Judy) Miller of Columbus; 4 sisters, Carolyn (Mitch) Spencer of Johnstown, Karen (Tom) Evans of Johnstown, Marilyn (Malcolm) Fowler of Columbus, and Sue (Jerry) Dora of Louisville, Kentucky; mother-in-law, Phyllis Blasko of Columbus; uncle, James W. Sedlock of Delaware; cousin, James S. Sedlock of Sunbury. He was preceded in death by his parents and 1 sister Jackie Rumery. The family will receive friends on Wednesday February 28th from 2 – 4 and 6 – 8 pm at the Rodman Neeper Funeral Home, Bennett Brown Chapel, Delaware and where funeral services will be held on Thursday
March 1st at 11:00 am. Burial will follow in Cheshire Cemetery. The family will hold a reception in the Rodman Neeper Community Room immediately following the graveside services.
