  • Jean and all of Mearl’s family: I just wanted you to know how deeply sorry we are for the loss of Mearl, but know that he is now in Heaven and reunited with many Byers and Ritchie loved ones. We rejoice for him, but grieve for ourselves that he is no longer with us. Our families have had a rough year and wish we could have seen him again but I am thankful for our last couple of phone conversations. Please know we will be keeping you all in prayer over the coming days of adjustment and I know how hard that is. May God grant you comfort and peace now and in the days ahead. Love from your Monroe County and Washington County Ritchie cousins!

  • Carrie, sorry here about your father passing he’s not in pain anymore sorry I know how hard it can be to lose a parent both of mine are gone. Thinking of you and your family.
