Mary C. Miller

Mary C. Miller, 71, of 130 Erie Street, Galion, died Sunday, February 20, 2005 at Galion Community Hospital after an extended illness.
Born July 15, 1933 in Toledo, she was the daughter of the late Harold W. Fox and Catherine H. Woodland Fox. She was preceded in death on June 24, 1976 by her husband, Walter E. “Whitey” Miller, Jr. whom she married on October 9, 1949.
She loved her family, reading, playing cards and going to garage sales. She also enjoyed playing bingo. She was a homemaker and was formerly employed at Essex Wiring in Lexington. She also cleaned homes.
She is survived by three sons and a daughter-in-law, Michael J. Miller of Bucyrus, Rusty and Joyce Miller and John Harold Miller of Galion; four grandchildren and spouses, Michelle and Kirk Lively of Haysville, Kan., Eddie and Amber Miller of Wichita, Kan., Walter Miller of Crestline and Tina and Nic Crim of Galion and five great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by four brothers and a sister, William, John, Carl Junie and Roy “Shorty” Fox and Helen Coykendall.
Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday, February 22, 2005 at Richardson-Davis Funeral Home where services will be held at 3:30 p.m. Wednesday, February 23, with Douglas McCoy, Minister, officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery.
