MANSFIELD ~ Marjorie A. Milliron, of Mansfield was called to her eternal and heavenly home Sunday, February 28, 2010 following a courageous battle. She was 76.

She was born January 15, 1934 in Uhrichsville to Ruth (Speck) and Montford Morgan. She attended Kent State University and Capital University and began her teaching career at Ontario Elementary School.

A caring mother of five children, her life was consumed with many varied activities. She was renowned as a great cook and baker.

While raising her family, she taught at Ontario and Shelby Schools, as well as serving as a clerk with the former O’Neil’s department store.

As her children grew, she began a career in assisted hearing, working with Beltone Hearing Aids in Mansfield, and received her license as a certified audiologist, working in the Columbus market.

Returning to Mansfield, she established her own business All Clear Hearing, with locations in Mansfield and Shelby, all the while working with Geyer’s Grocery in Mansfield and volunteering her time to help others.

Quick witted, Marjorie was always ready for a jovial observation or humorous one-liner.

She was a member of First Congregational Church in Mansfield.

She is survived by her children David Milliron and Carol Mill-Iron both of Charlotte, NC, Barry (Amy) Milliron of Dallas, TX, Todd (Jacquelyn) Milliron of Charles Town, WV, and Marc (Becky) Milliron of Crestline; precious grandchildren Megan, Andrew, Catherine, Sarah, Aaron, Spencer, Lauren and Graham; her sister Charmaine Brown of Bowling Green, KY; her brother Carl Morgan of Ft. Lauderdale, FL; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a granddaughter Hannah, and a brother Robert Waud.

The Lexington Avenue Snyder Funeral Home is honored to serve the Milliron family. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Contributions in Marjorie’s memory to the Marjorie A. Milliron Memorial Fund may be made through the funeral home. The Milliron family send their special thanks to the Cardio unit of MedCentral Mansfield Hospital for their professional care and wonderful support.
