Kenneth R. Talbot, age 40, of Jelloway Rd., Danville, died June 9, 2003, at The Ohio State University Hospital of injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident. He was born March 24, 1963, in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio the son of Donald W. and Ruby (Geer) Talbot and had been a Knox County resident most of his life. Mr. Talbot graduated from the Mount Vernon High School with the class of 1983. He attended the Knox County Joint Vocational School and won a national award for welding. He owned Talbot Construction Co. and was a member of the Physically Challenged Bow hunters Club of America. Mr. Talbot was a hunter, an outdoorsman and was an avid owner and rider of Harley-Davidson Motorcycles and through motorcycling has made many close friendships with other riders

He is survived by his mother Ruby (Geer) Talbot of Centerburg, a daughter Amanda Mizer of Danville, a son Kenneth Mizer of Danville, his girlfriend Jamie Crouch of Danville, 2 sisters Sandra (Donn) McClary of Centerburg and Shirley (Dave) Graham of Columbus, 5 brothers Ed (Marie) Talbot of Barberton, Marvin (Cindy) Talbot of Rootstown, Larry Talbot of Howard, Dennis Talbot of Centerburg and Richard (Missy) Talbot of Danville. He was preceded in death by his father and a brother Donald P. Talbot.

Friends may call at the Dowds-Snyder Funeral Home on Thursday from 1 PM until 3 PM and 6 PM until 8 PM. A funeral service will be held Friday at 11 AM at the funeral home. Pastor Joe Blevins will officiate and burial will follow in Eastview Cemetery in Centerburg.
