James M. “Jimmy” Klever

James M. “Jimmy” Klever, age 73, of Divelbiss Road, Fredericktown, Ohio, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, January 2, 2016 at the Knox Community Hospital in Mount Vernon. He was born on November 28, 1942 in New Holland, Ohio the son of Robert and Doris (Speakman) Klever. Since the time he was born, Jimmy was raised on a dairy farm. He took great pride and enjoyment even to his last day of working and doing chores on the family farm. Jimmy was also an avid fan of The Ohio State University Buckeyes. He was loved by many and will be sadly missed.

He is survived by his brother, William (Brenda) Klever of Newark, a sister, Rebecca Russell of Loudonville, a brother-in-law, Jeff (Beth) Mellott of Butler, a sister-in-law, Mary Catherine Klever of Fredericktown and many nieces and nephews.

Besides his parents, Jimmy was preceded in death by a brother, Richard Klever and a sister, Roseanne Mellott.

A funeral service will be held on Wednesday beginning at 11 a.m. at the Snyder Funeral Home in Fredericktown where friends may call from 10 a.m. until the time of service. A graveside service will follow at 3 p.m. in Bloomingburg Cemetery in Washington Court House.
