James E. Haywood has went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, May 23, 2017 at his residence surrounded by his family and friends. James was the proud owner of Haywood Plumbing. He worked hard for the community doing what he loved, plumbing, heating and cooling, for 44 years. James loved spending time with his family.

James leaves behind his beloved wife Carolyn Haywood, his cherished daughters and sons Tabitha and Troy Kelley, Tiffanie and Timothy Ferguson and Laura Ellis; his loved grandchildren Stacie (Kelley) Smith, Alex, Ryan, and Kory Kelley, Jenna Ellis, Joshua and Kayden Ferguson; his mother Vera (Haywood) Hunter; brother Mark Haywood; sister Kate Posey and several nieces, nephews, great grandchildren, family and friends. James was preceded in death by his grandmother Elizabeth Looker, father John Haywood, sister Mary Ellen (Haywood) Dowalter, niece Becky (Haywood) Reed, step-father Milton Hunter, brothers Robert and Allen Haywood and brother-in-law Edward Posey.

Private services will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made in James name to Hospice of Knox County, 17700 Coshocton Rd, Mount Vernon, Ohio 43050.
