Jacqueline D. Brokaw, age 58, of Fredericktown passed away on Saturday, February 7, 2015 at the Ohio State University Hospital with her family by her side.

She was born on July 11, 1956 in Mount Vernon, Ohio to the late Charles and Kathryn (Love) Snyder. Jacqueline was a member of the Owl Creek Church of the Brethren.

She is survived by her sons Todd (Amy) Carpenter of Bellville, Matthew Brokaw of Fredericktown; three grandchildren, Ashlynn Brokaw, Chelsea Carpenter, Curtis Carpenter; and three sisters, Charlene Davis of Fredericktown, Joyce (Rick) Parker of Fredericktown, and Janet (Loney) McKee of Marion.

Friends may call on Thursday from 10-11 AM at the Owl Creek Church of the Brethren (13241 Toms Rd., Bellville, Ohio 44813) where a service will follow beginning at 11AM with Pastor Charles Barnhill officiating.

    With her while traveling to Columbus.
    She had a strong faith I know David was greeting in heaven.
