  • We would like to express our deepest sympathy to the Wrhel family. Hugh was the first smiling face I met when coming on board with Neco. We spent many a day and night working on the telephone equipment. Hugh was a very dedicated person and never would ask anyone to do something that he would not do right along with you. Hugh may maybe gone for now but in our hearts he will always remain. God Bless you all and keep you steadfast. . .

  • A thoughts and prayers are with you during this most difficult times. I had the opportunity to work with Hugh at North Electric and room with him in Tenn. Truly one of the most caring and honest individual that I had the opportunity to associate with. Our condolences and sympathy , Jim and Dee Fogle
