Gladys Katherine Beck, age 54, of Mount Vernon, Ohio passed away on Wednesday, August 19, 2020 at the Laurels of Mount Vernon.  She was born on March 29, 1966 in Roncerverte, West Virginia to Frank and Anna (Brewer) Graves.

Kat was a member of the Central Christian Church for many years.  She loved being involved with all the activities at the Laurels and helped out in anyway she could.  Kat loved being around people, touching lives and being a positive person no matter the situation.  She enjoyed puzzles, crafts, butterflies and was always listening to music.

Kat is survived by her father Frank Graves; step-mother, Pat Graves; children, Stephanie Johnson, Tiffanie Johnson, Brittanie Johnson, Thomas Johnson; four grandchildren; her spouse, Mike; sisters, Diana (Kevin) Baker, Beth (Brent) McPhillen, Rebecca (Patrick) Cook; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins; several nieces and nephews.

Along with her father, Kat was preceded in death by her mother; brothers, Rick brewer and Terry Graves.

A celebration of live service will take place at a later date.
