ERMA JEAN FRY, 81, OF DELAWARE DIED SATURDAY MORNING AT HER DAUGHTERS RESIDENCE. SHE WAS BORN APRIL 29, 1924 IN DELAWARE TO HERBERT MOREHOUSE AND GLADYS (nee BUSH) MOREHOUSE. SHE WORKED AT DELO SCREW AND WAS A CLERK AT THE STYLE SHOP AND A COTTAGE PARENT FOR SCIOTO VILLAGE. SHE WAS A LIFETIME DELAWARE RESIDENT AND A 50+ YEAR MEMBER OF THE BELLEPOINT UNITED METHODIST CHURCH WHERE SHE WAS A SUNDAY SCHOOL SUPERINTENDENT. SHE WAS A MEMBER OF THE PROGRESSIVE MOTHERS CLUB OF ASHLEY, THE DELAWARE COUNTY FARM BUREAU, RIVERSIDE GRANGE, AND A LONGTIME 4H ADVISOR. SURVIVED BY 2 CHILDREN, LINDA (LEONARD) TRACY AND NANCY (CHRIS) WALKER OF WESTERVILLE; 5 GRANDCHILDREN, CHARLES (SHERRY) TRACY, MATTHEW (BREE) TRACY, ADAM (CHRISTIE) WALKER, NATHAN AND MELISSA WALKER; 6 GREATGRANDCHILDREN, TOSHA TRACY, KATIE AND COURTNEY MEECHEM, JULIA, AVA, AND ASHLEY WALKER; 4 SISTERS, MARY JANE MARCUM OF COLUMBUS, DOROTHY BENNETT OF DELAWARE, PAT TINDAL OF DAYTONA BEACH, FLORIDA, AND MOLLY TODD OF ST. PETERSBURG, FLORIDA; SEVERAL NIECES AND NEPHEWS; AND ALL THE “BOYS” WHO WERE A PART OF HER LIFE (THEY WILL KNOW WHO THEY ARE). SHE WAS PRECEDED IN DEATH BY HER HUSBAND CHARLES KAY FRY IN 1994 AND JAMES CARTER (ONE OF THE “BOYS”). FRIENDS MAY CALL AT THE RODMAN BENNETT BROWN FUNERAL HOME, DELAWARE ON TUESDAY MAY 24, 2005 FROM 2 – 4 AND 6 – 8 PM AND WHERE FUNERAL SERVICES WILL BE HELD ON WEDNESDAY MAY 25, 2005 AT 11:00 AM. BURIAL WILL FOLLOW IN OAK GROVE CEMETERY. CONTRIBUTIONS MAY BE MADE TO MT. CARMEL HOSPICE.
