  • Leslie and Allison,
I’m so very sorry you lost Dave. My heart is so heavy. 💔 He was a wonderful man. We were all lucky to have known him. I remember all of the times he tried teaching me to water ski. He was so patient. Every time Cameron came home from being with you guys, he would give me a wet willie and say ” that’s from uncle Dave”. This world just won’t be the same without him in it. Cherish your memories. Lean on one another. You’re both in my heart and prayers. XOXO

  • Dearest Leslie,
Has it really been 37 years since I introduced you to the man I felt would be a good match for you? From the first time I met David I knew he was extraordinary in every way. It breaks my heart the he was taken away so young. But look what the two of you have created. You are in my thoughts and prayers. Love, Carol Garner

  • What a man. He was always helpful to his neighbors and fun to talk to, I always wondered what project he was going to do around the house next. Will miss him greatly. Our deepest love and sympathy.

  • Dear Leslie, since we moved in two doors down from you in 2017, we have been honored to know you and Dave. In that short time, we created so many memories along our little stretch of lake shore. We’ll always remember Dave’s help in countless ways and the fun talks around the fire pit. Dave will be sorely missed.

  • Leslie, Allison and Family, Dave’s death has hit us neighbors pretty hard. I know I still can’t believe it. I will miss him always taking the time to chat and catch up on everything. He’d get up early and I’d see him doing yard work, fixing something, always busy. He’d do anything for you, you just had to ask or he would just come over and plow your driveway after a storm. Dave was a big part of our neighborhood Family and he will be missed. RIP Dave.

  • What a SHOCK when I heard about Dave’s passing!
To Dave’s family, you have my heartfelt sympathy.
Leslie and Alison, he loved you both so much.
When we were partners on the DB’s, you were all he talked about. And when he found out he was going to be a Grandpa, he was over the moon happy!
I’ll pray that the God of all comfort, will comfort your broken hearts
