GALION: Cynthia “Cyndi” Chamberlain, 57, born July 17, 1963 in Ashland, Ohio, passed away on January 18, 2021.

An avid Ohio State Buckeyes and Cleveland Indians fan, Cyndi was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary, AMVETS and VFW.

Along with the pride she had for her children, she was so proud of her grandchildren. Her favorite past time being on the sidelines, cheering them on. Family was Cyndi’s favorite accomplishment, always present for birthdays, holidays and cookouts.

Cyndi demonstrated so much strength throughout her life, always ready to fight the next battle. If you were lucky enough to meet her, then you were inspired by the fight she had, never letting any circumstance keep her down. She was the true definition of strength, determination, courage and a fighter!

Missed and left to cherish Cyndi’s memory are her children, Melissa (Jeremy) Coffman, Jessica (Steve) Caudill, Samantha Prince, Jeremy (Alisha) Prince; her parents, Carol (John) Tridico; sisters, Wendy White, Jackie (Craig) Meenach, Susan (Jim) Prince, Amanda (Bill) Clawson; brothers, Andy (Kris) Tridico, John (Tabby) Tridico; nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and many friends. Cyndi is a loving MawMaw to 13 grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

She is joined in passing by her loving husband, Tom “Malachi” Chamberlain; her father, Daniel Tryon; sister, Jill Cole; niece, Abryella Baker.

Visitation for Cyndi will be Monday, January 25, 2021, from 4pm-7pm, at the Mt. Gilead Snyder Funeral Home; Services, Tuesday, January 26, 2021 at 11am with interment to follow at Iberia Cemetery.

The family is requesting Memorial Contributions be made to the ALS Association in Cyndi’s name.

  • So sorry for your loss I knew cyndi for a long time I worked with her when she worked for pizza hut. She was a good person and loved her family. She is now with Tom again they are probably line dancing.
