Corbett Corey Smith Jr., age 60, of Marion, peacefully passed away Sunday, March 14, 2021.

Corbett was born on April 23, 1960 to Dorothy (Blair) Combs and Corbett C. Smith Sr. in Hazzard, Kentucky.

He is survived by his five children, two grandchildren, brothers: Gary Combs and Floyd Combs Jr., and sisters: Sue Combs, Ellen Pennington, Le Mae Welsh, Rosemary Combs and Flora Combs.

He is preceded in death by sister Peggy Blevins Combs and brother Billy Combs.

The Smith’s will receive family Saturday, March 27 from 2 p.m. – 3 p.m. and friends 3 p.m. –  4 p.m. at 788 Main Street where a funeral service by Reverend Dee Combs honoring Corbett’s life will begin at 4 p.m. There will be a gathering following the service.

I remember having panic attacks and u sitting beside me till I fell asleep when aiyanna was little so many memories I will miss you so very much kiss aunt peggy for me will ya and tell uncle Billy I sure miss him.
