Charles Nelson Hall II, age 25, of Mount Vernon, died Monday April 23, 2007 from injuries received in an automobile accident near Frazeysburg. Charles was born April 24, 1981 in Mount Vernon and had spent most of his lifetime in the Mount Vernon area. He was employed as a driver for Large Cartridge Inc. in New Albany and was a member of the Mount Vernon Salvation Army.

Surviving are his mother Melanie Arndt of Mount Vernon, his father Charles N. Hall of Mount Vernon; his fiancée Lisa Arndt of Mount Vernon; two adopted children Jeremy Snyder and Roxy Trego; his sister Jennifer (Grant Looney) Hall of Mount Vernon, his brother Stephen Frost Jr. of Mount Vernon; a niece Alexis Looney and a nephew Hunter Looney. His grandparents Leonard and Patsy Arndt and Dale and Johann Hall preceded him in death.

Friends may call Sunday from 2 PM to 4 PM at the Mount Vernon Salvation Army, 206 East Ohio Ave., Mount Vernon where funeral services will be Monday at 11 AM with Major Robert Bender officiating. Burial will be in Mound View Cemetery.
