Beverley B. Joyce, age 70, of Oak Street, Mount Vernon and former resident of Neffs, Ohio, died Sunday January 13, 2002 at Knox Community Hospital. She was born on September 29, 1931 in St. Clairsville, Ohio to the late John Floyd and Icy “Evelyn” (Kelley) Crumbaker. Mrs. Joyce retired as a shift manager from Eloise’s Restaurant. She attended the Church of Christ.

She is survived by three sons, Thomas Joseph Joyce of Long Beach, CA, John Michael (Connie) Joyce of Tucson, AZ, Patrick Dennis (Patty) Joyce of Garden Grove, CA, three daughters, Jenny (Michael) Lee of Aguanga, CA. Christine Ann Mann of Columbus, Lisa Marie (William) Nagurski of San Juan Capistrano, CA, 11 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, three brothers, Martin Kelley (Janet) Crumbaker of Danville, Philip Oliver (Kay) Crumbaker, Tracy Lee (Theresa) Crumbaker both of Mount Vernon, two sisters Emma Fiske of Mount Vernon and Mary Jane Faith of Danville.

Besides her parents she was preceded in death by a granddaughter Renee Lee and a brother Marvin Dixon Crumbaker.

Friends may call Wednesday from 6 to 8 pm at the Flowers-Snyder Funeral Home where a funeral Service will be held Thursday at 2 PM. Burial will follow in Mount Vernon Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers will be Geoff Skal, William Nagurski, Virgil Sigman, Philip Sigman and daughters Lisa Nagurski and Christine Mann.
