Betty Lou Ebersole

Betty Lou Ebersole, age 83, of Fredericktown, Ohio passed away on Thursday, March 8, 2012 at Country Court Nursing Home in Mount Vernon. She was born on April 11, 1928 in Wheeling, West Virginia to the late Walter Dodson and Katherine (Pauline) Tobin. Betty co-owned and operated Ebersole Meat Processing in Chesterville. She attended the Chesterville United Methodist Church. Betty was a member of the Ohio Eastern Star Evelyn Chapter #146 and served as Grand Marshall of the Grand Chapter of Ohio in 1977.
She is survived by a son, Ed Ebersole, four grandchildren, two brothers, Vaughn (Barbara) Tobin of Chesterville, Michael Tobin of Coshocton, three sisters, June Tobin of Mount Vernon, Judy (Jerry) Compton of Centerburg and Sally (Bob) Ford of Mount Vernon.
Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Lloyd Ebersole, her step-father, Delbert Tobin and a brother, Arthur Tobin.
Friends may call on Sunday from 1 to 3 p.m. at the Snyder Funeral Home in Fredericktown. A graveside service will be held on Monday at 11 a.m. at Maple Grove Cemetery in Chesterville, Ohio.
