Betty J. Langoehr, 55, of Galion passed Friday, September 29, 2017 at OhioHealth Riverside Hospital in Columbus.

Born March 9, 1962 in Galion, she was the daughter of the late Karl Langoehr and Evelyn (Neumann) Langoehr of Galion.

She was a graduate of Northmor High School and a member of the Edison Enterprise Baptist Church. Betty lastly attended the Galion Church of the Nazarene. She enjoyed drawing, scrapbooking, coloring, photography and was an avid Ohio State Football, Cleveland Indians and Cincinnati Reds Fan.

In addition to her mother she is survived by son Josh Langoehr of Mt. Gilead; brother Richard (Tammi) Langoehr of Galion; sister Ida (Brian) Queen of Mt. Gilead; sister-in-law Barbara Langoehr of Delaware and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her father she was preceded in death by sister Carolyn Stevens and brother Karl Langoehr Jr.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, October 7, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at the Edison Enterprise Baptist Church, 3055 State Route 95 Edison, Ohio 43320. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service on Saturday starting at 10:00 am.

Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of donor’s choice in care of the funeral home.
