Albert Eugene “Little Pete” Walton IV

Albert Eugene “Little Pete” Walton IV, age 17 of Cardington died unexpectedly along with his father, from injuries received in a automobile accident early Monday morning, September 11, 2006 on SR 61 southeast of Cardington.
He was born on November 22, 1988 in Ft Smith, Arkansas to Albert Eugene Walton III, who accompanied him in his unexpected death and his mother Sylvia (Wilson) Walton. A Senior member of the Cardington Lincoln High School, he was attending the Tri Rivers Joint Vocational School, studying machine trades. He was a member of the Cardington High School Choir, enjoyed playing the guitar, video games, and listening to music. Albert attended the Grace Baptist Church and looked forward to spending time with family and friends, and reading his bible.
In addition to his mother, he is also survived by Maternal Grandmother: Rose Wilson of Van Buren, AR, Aunts and Uncles: Connie (Mike) Robson of Marengo, Judy Roby of Boston, MA, Patti Campbell of Marion, Gerry (Dottie) Shook of Delaware, John (Tammy) Springstun of Cardington, Sherry (Greg) Hall of Van Buren, AR, Norma (Ronnie) Williams of Ft. Smith, AR, and numerous cousin’s and friends, including good friend Korey Levings.
In addition to his father he was also preceded in death by his paternal grandparents: Albert E. Walton Jr. and Anita Pearl (Jennings) Walton Springstun.
Friends may call Friday 3-7 p.m. at the Denzer, Farison, Hottinger, & Snyder Funeral Home, 360 E. Center St., Marion. Funeral services will be held Saturday 11:00 a.m. at the Marengo United Methodist Church Family Life Center in Marengo with Pastor Corey Bane officiating. Burial will follow in the Marengo Cemetery.
