Zelma Quillen, 72, of Crestline passed away early Wednesday morning, July 2, 2014 at Galion Pointe.

She was born February 5, 1942 in Carter County, Ky and was the daughter of Roy and Bertha (Kitchen) Buckler.

Zelma married Ezra Howard Lee Quillen on November 15, 1993 and he preceded her in death on December 24, 1995.

She is survived by her children, Corina (Paul) Duarte of Apple Valley, CA.and Darryl Slater of Soldotna, AK; three grandchildren; special sister whom she made her home with Clara (Richard) Morgan of Crestline; sisters, Edna Childers of Rush, KY., Shirley Janosik of Mattoon, IL., Bonnie (Manuel) Bowling, Donna Webb both of Olive Hill, KY., Norma (Ron) Giddings of Laurill, IN and Kathaleene Conn of Niles; brother Donald (Eilleen) Buckler of Olive Hill, KY. and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents and spouse, she is preceded in death by her sisters, Marjorie Stacy and Thelma Bonen and her brothers, James, Larry and Roy Buckler.

Zelma attended the Trinity Gospel Tabernacle of Galion and enjoyed crocheting, shopping with her sister Clara and going out for dinner to her nephews Randy and Robert and nieces Regina’s homes.

Funeral service for Zelma will be Monday, July 7, 2014 at 12:00 noon at Snyder Funeral Home Richardson Davis Chapel with Rev. Rick Cox officiating. The family will receive friends, on Monday two hours prior to the funeral starting at 10:00 am. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made to Trinity Gospel Tabernacle in care of the funeral home.
