Zacaris R. Jimenez, age 56, of Mansfield, Ohio, passed away on Wednesday, June 6, 2018 at OhioHealth Mansfield Hospital in Mansfield, Ohio. He was born on October 19, 1961 in Seneca, South Carolina the son of Zacaris Jimenez and Elizabeth (Childs) Jimenez. Zacaris currently worked for Walmart in Mansfield.

Zacaris was an avid sports fan especially when his Oakland Raiders, Clemson Tigers or Cleveland Cavaliers were playing. He was a hardworking man that prided himself in taking care of his family and making sure all of their needs were met. Zacaris was a devoted family man and will be missed by all who knew him.

He is survived by his children; Zach Jimenez of Fredericktown, Shaylonda Jimenez of Mansfield, Yolanda Jimenez of Seneca, South Carolina and Zacaris Green of Las Vegas, Nevada; nine grandchildren; two sisters, Fernanda Jimenez of Mansfield and Bridget Smallwood of Williamston, North Carolina; a niece Carmen Jimenez of Augusta, Georgia.

Besides his mother he was preceded in death by his grandmother Bertha Mancs.

A Celebration of Life service will be held on Sunday, June 17, 2018 beginning at 3 p.m. at the Ministries of Hope and Healing Church, 485 Ashland Road, Mansfield, Ohio 44905. The Snyder Funeral Home of Fredericktown is honored to serve the family of Zacaris R. Jimenez.
