  • To Bill’s family your in my thoughts and prayers. My fondest memories of your dad was playing softball with my Dad(George). The sparkle in his eye , big wad of chew, pointing the bat to the fence, swinging and watching the ball fly over the fence. The euchre games at the back table at the G&R, watching Bill, Delly, Bob and my Dad, laughing and joking. Coming in for lunch asking for Red, always had a big smile and asking for ham cheese sandwich or a bologna salad and Pepsi. It didn’t matter to Bill whose kid you were-we were his family. Your dad touched my heart and will cherish the nickname he gave me as a kid. Love ya Bill. Red (Sherrie Yake Sims)

  • Dear Axline Family, I cannot be with you at this time, but my heart and prayers are and have been.Grief comes for many reasons and loss of a loved one is usually the top one. The word of God is my greatest strength and comfort. And our greatest hope, so I share His Word with you: I Thessalonians 4:13-18; But I do not want you to be ignorant, brethern, concerning those who have fallen asleep, lest you sorrow as others who have no hope. For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so God will bring with Him those who sleep in Jesus. For we say to you who are alive and remain until the coming of the Lord will by no means precede those who are aslseep. For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first. Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air.And thus we shall always be with the Lord. Therefore comfort one another with these words. Love in Christ, Jayne (Aunt Jayne)
