  • To the Pfoutz family,
Truly an angel on earth, your Mom was one of the best role models I ever had. Growing up she put up with me banging on your door early in the am after she had worked a very late shift at the San Dar, usually she fed me too!
In later life she transported me to work at the San Dar, and trained me how to really WORK. For a tiny women, she was as strong as some men. Never heard her complain, always hearing her famous laugh as we worked. But always a true lady…beautifully dressed and put together. My memories of you all are some of the best ever. Know that my prayers and love are with you all.

    • Kim,
That is such a sweet tribute to mom! You always made her laugh! I just drove down Bellvile North Road the other day.’

  • To the Pfoutz family
Please accept my condolences for the loss of your wife/mother. When my family moved to our home on King Rd., Jeff and Dave and Tari were the first kids I met. We spent many hours playing some sort of ballgame in their field along with all of the other neighborhood kids from early morning until it got to dark to see. I was always welcomed into their home by Chuck and Twila. That was so long ago but the memories are like it just happened yesterday. I will say a prayer for the Pfoutz family.

  • We bought our Florida home next door to Twila and Chuck 4 years ago and when they came over to welcome us to the neighborhood -our friendship was instantaneous. Twila was so youthful beautiful sweet and gracious. Chuck – always such a gentleman and jokester. It was natural that we became more like family than neighbors. We will miss Twila greatly. We will cherish our memories. We are so sorry for her passing but she will remain in our hearts forever. Love, Keith and Mari

    • Keith and Mari, mom loved you both. Thank you for being good neighbors and friends. She loved having dinner at your place And always remarked on how sweet you were. You made a difference in her last winters in FL.
