  • So sorry to hear of Tammy’s passing. I only knew her through her work at Bob Evans. She seemed to always work the register & carry-out the numerous times I went there. It took only an instant to know that she could ‘connect’ to most everyone. You could feel her passion & compassion shining through.

    I can only imagine that she touched way many more people than even realize that they were dealing with a special person. I don’t know if she called us all Honey, but she must have felt that way.

  • John and I met Tammy 2 years ago when Tammy and her daughter attended a family reunion with her dad Doug Lewis. My favorite memory of Tammy is her wonderful smile. It was so bright that it could brighten up a room when she walked in. Our thoughts and prayers are with Tammy’s family. Lean on God. He will be the rock that will help you get you through this very difficult loss.

  • Hannah, please accept our deepest sympathies at this time during the lost of your mother. My husband and I truly enjoyed our friendship with your mother through our meeting one day years ago at Bob Evan’s ……………They say “you can’t make old friends”. Yet the first time we met, it was just as if we had been “old friends” forever. She was a gem and we will miss her greatly. She gave of herself till the end, always putting others first. She was always giving service to others not just in her job as a waitress but, in all aspects of her daily life. We will never forget her infectious smile. It was such a beautiful bright sunny day today to say “till we meet again”. The sun couldn’t outshine her smile and her feisty personality. She was a fighter and last Friday she won the prize for her “fight here on earth” against cancer. I am confident that she is in Heaven and free of pain and feeling as warm as the sunshine. And, only she would understand……….hope Heaven has endless Snickers candy bars waiting for you gal! Loves Ya Tammy! Till we meet again my friend. {{{HUGS}}}

  • We always looked forward to see Tammy, She always made your day brighter, She will be missed.

  • To all of Tammy’s family,
    There are so many things I can say about my good friend but the most thing is that I feel so blessed that she called me a friend and a good one at that. I was there before and after Hannah was born and I can say WOW you were a awesome mom., I believe one that I could never be. I am going to miss when I look at a pretty rose or just laying out in the sun. I know that was two things you really enjoyed doing. I believe that you only get s couple good life time friends and you were one. I do hate that you will see my dad before me in heaven, I think you will love and see how myself and momma Jo loved him so much and still do. My mom felt so prilvidged that you called her moms Jo. Please hug him for me.. but I am happy that you will not suffer anymore. I love you and RIP. I promise I see you one day.
