Tamara Lynn “Tammy” Craft

Psalm 28:7 A pillar of strength, courage, and unconditional love, Tammy Craft’s faith remained unwavering even in life’s valleys. Tamara Lynn Craft fought the good fight and finished her race after passing away Sunday November 11, 2018 in Riverside Methodist Hospital following an extended illness. She was 54.
The daughter of Bill and Nancy (Kisling) Smith, Tammy was born February 23, 1964 in Mansfield and was graduated from Clear Fork High School in 1982.
On July 23, 1983, Tammy married the love of her life, Wesley Craft. Devoted to her family, she fully embraced the role of mom focusing her time on raising three daughters.
For 19 years Tammy worked for Clear Fork Schools as a cafeteria worker and more recently as an office administrator.
A faithful servant of Christ Tammy was devoted to her church families attending River of Life Church and North Bend Church of the Brethren.
Tammy loved being around family, especially her grandchildren. She not only believed in the fruits of the spirit…she embraced love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self control.
She is survived by her loving husband Wesley Craft of Butler; daughters Savannah (Aaron) Hitchman of Lucas, Molly (David) Weyhmeller of Wooster, and Megan Schlosser of Seattle, Washington; grandkids Leland, Everett, and Ivy Hitchman; parents Nancy Smith of Bellville and Bill (Jewelene) Smith of Bellville; siblings Brad (Karen) Smith of Bellville, Laura (Ralph) Robinson of Fredericktown, Holly (Lonnie) McGhee of Bellville, Mark (Deann) Smith of Bellville; numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family.
The Craft family will receive friends Thursday, November 15, 2018 from 2-4pm and 6-8pm in the Bellville Snyder Funeral Home where funeral services will begin Friday at 12pm. Pastor Patrick Bailey will officiate and burial will follow in Bellville Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to North Bend Church of the Brethren may be made through the funeral home.
