Saundra “Sandy” Lee Andrix, age 85 of Marion, passed away Wednesday January 13, 2021 at Marion General Hospital.

Saundra was born August 12, 1935 in Lancaster. She attended Linden-McKinley High School. Saundra was a long time employee of Lazarus Department Store in Westerville, where she was known as “Sandy”. She was a dedicated employee for over 20 years until her retirement. Saundra was a proud mother and grandmother to her loving family.

She is survived by her children: Gwendolyn Elyse Andrix, Sherry Lynn (Woodrow) Williamson, Deborah Ann Kampmeier, Elizabeth Irene Andrix, Lora Sue Andrix and Pamela June Andrix; 13 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren.

Saundra is preceded in death by her husband Edward Clinton Andrix, Jr. and sister Beverly Ann Crooks.

Services will be held privately for the family.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Marion County Humane Society, 2264 Richland Rd, Marion, OH 43302.
