  • We were all so sadden to hear that Uncle Sam passed. I know it has been a difficult struggle the past few years since Aunt Barb passed. And as you know, we empathize with your loss having gone through this with Mom and Dad. But as I stated on Facebook,

“Today Uncle Sam is rejoicing with the heavenly realms, he met his brother, my Dad, at the Pearly Gates this morning, Dad was waiting there at the gates with his guitar in hand, ushering his little brother in, Dad was singing one of their favorite hymn duets, “He The Pearly Gates Will Open.”….and I’m sure Mom and Aunt Barb were waiting there as well and joined in with their beautiful alto voices.”

We love you guys and wish we could be there on Friday. Just know that our hearts are with yours and that the prayers and rejoicing are with you too.

  • We were all so sad to hear of your passing. We all loved you Uncle Sam! We know you are in Heaven with Barb now rejoicing! Along with many other family members! Please know that we will be keeping you all in our thoughts in prayers in the days ahead. Love you all.

  • We are so sorry to hear this news…but great victory for Sam! Reunited with Barb and seeing his Jesus face to face. Praying for you all!
    Love, Michael & Rene’ Pozderac

  • Mark, Crystal, and families,
My heart aches with you for your loss of this dear, sweet man. How I loved hearing him sing and visiting with him and Barb from time to time. Their lives were lived out as wonderful examples of their teaching. May God comfort your hearts with many sweet memories.
    Love and hugs,
