Salvacion (Sally) Doup, age 66, of Mount Vernon, passed away Tuesday, June 13, 2017 at the Kobacker House in Columbus.  She was born on February 15, 1951 in the Philippines to Mario and Gloria (Toriaga) Estrabela.

Sally was a loving and friendly person, and she will be sadly missed by all.  Sally worked at the Mount Vernon Developmental Center as a Therapeutic Program Worker.  After retirement, sally continued as a caregiver within the community.  She enjoyed taking care of her flowers, and cooking Filipino food for all her close friends and family.  Sally also attended St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church.   

She is survived by her husband of 26 years, Thomas Doup; children, Joy Angelo (Jessica Davis) Huerte, Benmar (Gene) Huerte and Jhon Caesar (Maricel) Huerte all of Mount Vernon; 9 grandchildren; a sister, Linda (Darrell) Devore and 3 sisters in the Philippines; and 1 brother. 

A celebration of life service will take place at a later date.
