  • While I worked at TWC in Mount Vernon for over 5 years, Roxanna was always a joy to have come in every month. From talking about her puppies and her bringing them in to making us girls in the office hard tack candy every Christmas, she always made sure to tell us she loved us. Her spirit was infectious as I am sure she was until she was relieved from any pain she was suffering. Lots of love and prayers going to her family.

I am saddened at the passing of your great Mom and a friend of mine. Rocky was so fun to be around and always had a great attitude, even in the days of her illness. She was fun to work with, even if I was a short time at MVDC.

I will be out of town on Wednesday and will miss celebrating her life with you; know my thoughts and prayers will be there, though.

    Love to all,
