LEXINGTON: Roger Dale Tuttle, 51, of Millrun Road, Lexington, died Thursday morning November 24, 2005 from an apparent heart attack.

He was born September 3, 1954 in Mansfield to Charles Junior and Daisy Ethel (Campbell) Tuttle, attended Lexington Schools, and remained a lifelong area resident.

Roger enjoyed camping and mushroom hunting and was an avid NASCAR fan.

An outdoorsman at heart, he filled his days with projects maintaining his family farm, typically with “Chance” his Australian Shepherd as his sidekick. He and “Chance” would cruise around the farm on a golf cart, and Roger always looked forward to “Pizza Day” with his girls.

He is survived by three daughters Regina Tuttle of Mansfield, Pamela Tuttle of Galion and Angela Tuttle of Lexington; a sister Sondra Tuttle of Bellville; three brothers and sisters-in-law Daniel and Lynn Lakey of Lexington, Ronald and Cecilia Tuttle of Shelby and Raymond and Sherry Tuttle of Bellville; an aunt, three uncles and numerous nieces and nephews.

His parents preceded him in death, his father on May 6, 1997, and his mother on January 4, 2004.

A memorial service will be held Sunday, November 27, 2005 at 2:30 pm in the Lexington Avenue Snyder Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 1 pm until time for the service.
