  • I will always remember Rod as I do the majority of the Neel-Evans family. Family-focused, always there for all the kids’, nieces’, and nephews’ birthdays or family gatherings; watching over the children running around having fun, riding dirt bikes and quads; enjoying the company of brothers/sisters and countless other family members and in-laws. • Remembering Rod and family in this time of sadness. A life taken to soon. I am sure he is in heaven with the heavenly father.

I was happy to have been Rod’s auto mechanics teacher at Madison.

    May he rest in peace.

  • Karen, I am so sorry to hear the passing of Rod. I did not have the pleasure of meeting him, but I do remember how much in love and happy you were with him. When you talked about him at work your eyes were so full of love and your smile on your face told the love story. Please know you are in my thoughts and prayers and my heart aches for your sorrow. I know somewhat of how you are feeling as my son, Brian is in Grant Trauma Center with injuries from an ATV accident that happened on May 25. I have handed this over to God and for his healing. Continuous prayers for you and your family. God Bless you all.

  • Helen and Family,

  • Karen,
I cannot express how sad I feel to hear about Rod. I will miss him dearly at the woods, as I know my Dad and brothers will as well. We had so many great talks about hunting, Dad, and anything else that was going on. Rod was a true blessing in my life and I feel very privileged to have known Rod. He was a man you knew you could trust with anything. He was always there to lend a helping hand without hesitation. His laugh. His personality. What a great guy. Hunting and spending time in the woods won’t be the same without him. You, your grandchildren, and the rest of your family are in my thoughts and prayers. I’m so sorry, Karen.

  • Karen,
