Rebecca Ann Pacheco, age 65, passed away Monday, December 24, 2018 from Oak Grove Manor in Mansfield following an extended illness.

She was born June 28, 1953 in Columbus and raised by her parents Roger Edison & Annie Adams Scott. As the wife of a US Marine, Becky lived on military bases all around the world including: Florida, Okinawa (Japan), Hawaii, the Philippines, and Texas before settling back in Ohio.

Becky loved playing BINGO! She also enjoyed reading books, watching movies, solving word searches, and crafting. She attended many church services at Oak Grove and enjoyed them greatly. Becky will be remembered for her orneriness, her huge heart, and caring personality.

She is survived by her children Alan Hoffman, Jr., Michelle Davis, Angela McWhorter, and Patricia Pacheco; 16 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; siblings Rick Adams of Utah, Martha (Dan) Osborne of Mount Gilead, and Marlene Pachl of Mansfield; special friend and cousin Kathy (Eric) Gledhill Masters of Lexington; numerous nieces and nephews; along with all the nurses and aides whom she considered her Oak Grove Family.

Becky was preceded in death by her father Roger Scott, mother Annie Adams Scott, and brother Bob Adams.

A memorial service in Becky’s memory will be held 2pm on January 8, 2019 at Oak Grove Manor (1670 Crider Rd, Mansfield, OH 44903). Contributions in her memory may be made to the Oak Grove Activity Fund. Burial at later date will be in Alum Creek Friends Church Cemetery in Marengo.   • I always enjoyed being Beckys nurse. She was so fun to be around. I loved her. My prayers go out to the family. I will remember with laughter and kindness in my heart.

  • Becky was always s bright spot in my days of working at Oak Grove Manor. She always had a way of making you feel loved. I will greatly miss her oneryness and pranks. She was a beautiful person inside and out and will be greatly missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her. I will be keeping her loved ones in prayer during this most difficult time.
