Reba Stafford, 82, of Galion and formerly Westland, Michigan passed away at the home of her son Tuesday, August 27, 2019 after a long illness surrounded by her family.

Born October 11, 1936 in Bankhead, Alabama, she was the daughter of Joseph Adam and Birdie (Cagle) Randolph.  She married Ronald Joe Stafford Sr. on July 20, 1955 and he survives.

Reba previously worked in the cafeteria at Wayne-Westland Schools in Westland, Michigan, where she enjoyed her co-workers and spent a lot of time outside of work with them.  She enjoyed knitting, cooking, baking and taking care of her family. She especially loved her granddaughter Katie.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Joe and Val Stafford of Galion; granddaughter, Katie (Josh) Rogge of Galion; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Fred (Judy) Stafford; sister-in-law, Gail Stafford of Westland, Michigan and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a sister, two brothers and a her mother-in-law, Ruby (Grammy) Brothers.

A celebration of Reba’s life will be held during the two regularly scheduled services on Sunday, September 1, 2019 at 8:30 and then at 11:00 a.m. at Wesley Chapel, 260 Sixth Avenue, Galion, Ohio 44833 with her son Rev. Joe Stafford officiating. An additional memorial service will be held at Westland Christian Union Church, 35341 Marquette Ave, Westland, Michigan on Saturday, August 31, 2019 at 12:00 p.m.

Memorial contributions may be made to HomeCare Matters Hospice in care of the funeral home.
