Paula Sexton, 55, Cardington, passed early Saturday morning, January 2, 2016, with her mother by her side following a battle against an incurable illness.

She was born June 27, 1960 to Paul and Joan Sexton. She was the third of six children.

She enjoyed babysitting her grandchildren, spending time with her dogs and relaxing with friends and family. Paula lived a happy and busy life with the ones she loved around her. She attended Westland high school. She traveled across country before returning home to start her family.

Paula is survived by her son Matthew (Kali) Sexton, three grandchildren: Josselin, Dominic, and Naiya; daughter, Amber Brammer; long time companion, Mat Brammer; mother, Joan Sexton; two sisters: Sheila (Behner) and Diane (Bailey); a brother, Brian Sexton; and also leaves behind many relatives and friends.

Paula was preceded in death by father, Paul Sexton; sisters, Maryellen (Williams), and Terry (Sewell); and her first husband, Mike Zimmerman.

Her family will greet friends from 3 to 5PM and 6 to 8 PM, on Thursday, January 7, 2016, at the Snyder Funeral Home, Craven Chapel. 67 North Main Street, Mount Gilead, OH.
