MANSFIELD: Paul E. Andrews, 86, of Larchwood Road, Mansfield, died Thursday morning September 25, 2003 in MedCentral Mansfield Hospital following a short illness.

He was born June 11, 1917 in Cleveland to Henry and Christina Griffen Andrews, and was graduated from Cuyahoga Falls High School in 1936.

He had worked as a salesman more than 30 years with the former Wood & Spencer Company, retiring in 1984.

An avid gardener and woodworker, he moved to Mansfield ten years ago from the Cleveland area.

Paul was a member of First Congregational Church.

He is survived by his wife Rosalyn L. “Roz” Robbins Andrews, whom he married June 16, 1999; his daughter Sue Debevec of Alexandria, Virginia; a grandson Derek Debevec and his wife Laura of Arlington, Virginia; and a sister Sarah Mynne McLain of Albuquerque, New Mexico.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife Lillian Tarbell Andrews in April of 1987; and a sister Mabelle Howell.

A memorial service will be held Saturday October 18, 2003 at 11:30 am in First Congregational Church, with the Rev. David Root officiating. The family will receive friends in Blymyer Hall of the church, immediately following the service. The Lexington Avenue Snyder Funeral Home is serving the family.
