Patti L. Hollingshead, 49, of Galion passed away Friday, December 20, 2019 at Avita Bucyrus Hospital.

Born March 18, 1970 in Galion, she was the daughter of Ernest Dailey and the late Helen (Riddlebaugh) Dailey. She married Leslie “Lee” Hollingshead on March 30, 1990 and he survives.

In addition to her husband she is survived by son Chris Hollingshead of Galion; daughter Ashley Hollingshead of Shelby; grandchildren Olivia Jenkins, David Hollingshead, Lucas Castle, KaraAnnette Hollingshead, Damon Shanyfelt and Ayden Shoup; brothers Wayne Dailey of Galion and David Dailey of Tennessee.

In addition to her mother she was preceded in death by grandparents Ida and Ralph Riddlebaugh.

A celebration of Life will be held at a later date.

Memorial contributions may be made to the family in care of the funeral home.

Her and I sat down one day and talked about family and discovered that we were related and we just laughed about it because we just couldn’t believe it or deny it.   • Mom u are a great mom anyone could of had I love u from the bottom of my heart u r one of my best friends I will always remember everything we have done and and we talk about even playing skip bo beat u even when u was cheating I will miss u calling me I miss us calling eaother names playing around love u mom
