BELLVILLE: Pamela J. Mowry, 76, went to her eternal home peacefully Tuesday, January 14, 2020.  A wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, and friend she always put others first.  She was a member of New Life Church of Christ, who had an unwavering faith in her Lord and savior Jesus Christ.

Pam loved sending cards which was her ministry without any recognition, but to God be all the Glory!

Through all the suffering and pain was her joy and laughter, we will follow her legacy of being kind to one another as well as loving.

“Safe in the Arms of Jesus,

Safe on His Gentle breast.

There by His love O’er shadowed,

Sweetly my Soul Shall rest.

Hark! Tis the voice of Angels,

Borne in a song to me.

Over the fields of glory,

Over the Jasper Sea.

Safe in the Arms of Jesus,

Sweetly my Soul Shall Rest.”

She is survived by her husband Jim Mowry of 57 years; three daughters Penny Oswalt, Julie Fry, and Gina Hutchison all of Bellville; 6 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren; nephew Jim Walker; special friends Kelly McConachie and Marjean Hickerson.

She was preceded in death by her parents Woody and June Walker; sister Jean Walker; 2 grandsons Rollin Fry and Caleb Oswalt; great grandson Cooper Payne.
