Paige Ann (Lyttle) Adams

Paige Ann (Lyttle) Adams, a kind and gentle soul, passed into eternity in the evening of June 16, 2018 in her home in Johnstown, Ohio, with her sons at her side. Her thoughtful and devoted group of friends also supported her throughout her illness. Paige was a loving and supportive mother, a gifted and award winning fiber artist, and an avid reader, curious about all sorts of things. She had a soft spot in her heart for animals of all kinds, especially horses.
Paige was born on May 1, 1950, in Wayland, New York, to Stanley Warren Lyttle and Lucille (Reigelsperger) Lyttle. She spent her formative years in Fulton, New York, and Winter Haven, Florida. Paige was twice married, first to W. Keith Adams from 1971 until 1990, and then to Lloyd Davis, from 1995 until his passing in 2013. Her son Ian, was born in September, 1972.
Paige graduated from G. Ray Bodley High School in 1968. She attended SUNY Buffalo State and SUNY Oswego, earning a fine arts degree. Opportunity took her to central Ohio in 1977, and she worked in the Admissions Office at The Ohio State University until she retired in 2015.
Paige is survived by her son Ian Keith Adams, Evanston, Illinois, stepson Joe Davis Johnstown, Ohio, sister-in-law Terry Lyttle, stepsisters Adele (Todd) Seubert and Shelly (Todd) Sachel, stepbrothers Evan, Gary, and Eric Todd, nephew Randy Lyttle, niece Dana McIntyre, numerous cousins and her first husband, William Keith Adams.
Paige was preceded in death by her mother Lucille, her father Stanley Warren Lyttle Sr., her brother Stanley Warren Lyttle Jr., her loving husband Lloyd Davis, and her daughter, Erin Paige Adams.
There will be a graveside service at Mumford Rural Cemetery, in Mumford, New York, Sunday August 5th at 11 a.m. Donations in Paiges’s memory may be made to a no-kill animal shelter of your choice.
