Owen Clifford Smith went to be with the Lord, at 3 months old, on Tuesday, March 28, 2017.

Owen was born in Marion on December 26, 2016, the son of Caitlin Jayne Smith and Andrew Thomas Musgrave.  Owen was his mommy’s world and a daddy’s boy. Along with his parents, he is also survived by his brothers Payton Kern and James Smith; grandparents: Tracy and James A. Smith, Jackie Musgrave and Steve Musgrave; great grandparents: Lillian VanHorn, Jim and Linda King, Jim Smith, Linda and Jack Clevenger, Larry and Ruthann Karl; Owen was the nephew of: Stevie Musgrave, John Musgrave, Stephanie Witt and Jacob (Taylor) Smith; dear friend of Shyann Reaper; and there are also many cousins, great aunts, great uncles and many friends that live on to remember Owen.

He was greeted at Heaven’s gate by his great grandpa Thomas VanHorn, I, his great grandma Mary Musgrave and his uncle Jack Honacker.

  • I am so terribly sorry for your loss. I wish I was able to say something to take away your pain but unfortunalty there are no words that will do that. May you treasure the time that you spent with Owen, though, and find comfort in knowing that soon God is going to fulfill his purpose for mankind. Soon those that have died will be resurrected to life, here on earth as brought out at John 5:28,29. I do hope you find comfort in this.

  • Andrew and Caitlin, I admire how devoted you were to your son and I will never forget that special little gift you gave to me as his Aunt. I will never forget how special he was, our little Owen! Heaven just gained a new little Angel, we will miss him very much!
    Love and Hugs
