Fredericktown, Ohio

Nathan R. Robinson, age 36, of Fredericktown, Ohio, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, August 12, 2018. He was born on August 5, 1982 in Mount Vernon, Ohio the son of Daniel and Tammy (Hall) Robinson.

Nathan was a 2001 graduate of Clear Fork High School and attended the Knox County Career Center focusing on building trades. In 2013 Nathan started Robinson Construction and Excavation LLC.  He was a member of the Clear Fork FFA and the North Liberty No Names 4-H club when he was younger.

Nathan enjoyed the simple things life offered. He liked four wheeling and being with family and friends at bonfires on the Robinson farm.   Nathan was a kind hearted soul and your friendship meant the world to him.

”A good days work” was something that had meaning to Nathan. He always worked his hardest to provide for his family.   It was never mistaken the love that Nathan had for his wife and his boys.  He cherished Courtney and adored Austin and Gage.  They were his everything and he will be missed by his entire family.

Nathan is survived by his parents; his wife, Courtney (Freer) Robinson whom he married in 2008; his boys, Austin Robinson and Gage Robinson; a brother, Ryan Robinson of Mount Vernon; maternal grandmother, Lura (Paul) Baker of Killbuck; father and mother-in-law, Tom and Elaine Freer and brother and sister-in-law, Jeremy and Lindsay Freer.

Nathan was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Alva and Reda Robinson and maternal grandfather, Merl Hall.

Friends may call on Thursday, August 16, 2018 from 1 to 3 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. at the Palmyra Church of Christ, 21184 Zolman Road, Fredericktown, Ohio 43019 where a funeral service will be held on Friday beginning at 11 a.m. Evangelist Troy Northrop will be officiating.  Burial will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery in Perrysville, Ohio.

Memorial contributions may be made to any branch of First Knox National Bank to help with the continued education of Austin and Gage.

  • A great father and husband, willing to do whatever it took to provide and make them happy. Sometimes things are so unbearable in a persons life that nothing can be done to help them. That person reaches a point that they can only think of themselves and no one else. Not being selfish just, being truthful to their being.
Just remember all the good that Nathan brought into your lives and dwell on all the happiness you each have had by knowing him and being a part of his life, and he in turn being a part of your lives. Love is forever.
God Bless each of you and send his peace to you.
