  • “Perhaps they are not stars, but rather openings in heaven where the love of our lost ones pours through and shines down upon us to let us know they are happy”
Morgan brought so much joy and happiness to our lives.. We are blessed that you shared him with us. Athan and Nick were fotrunate to have such a wonderful role model.
Our thoughts, prayers and love are with you all!!! Helen and Pete

  • Morgan and my son, John, were best of friends during their school years. Both are now gone, and our hearts are broken again. Morgan was a gentle giant, and we were proud that our son chose him as his friend. I last saw him at church. He told me about his wife and child and seemed so happy. I can only hope that people are right, that there is a heaven and that they are having a reunion.

  • Growing up the Manuels were my 2nd family. I am so sorry for this devastating loss. Your entire family is in my thoughts. Much love to all.

  • My prayers go out to the entire Manuel family. I hadn’t seen Morgan in over 20 years but I have many childhood memories of him. What a great guy. Heaven got a good one.

  • Even though I hadn’t seen Morgan in a while, I can still revel in all the memories he gave me. From “schooling” me in basketball at the old house next to the library or showing me through his actions what it means to be a good person.

He will be missed for sure, and I am glad I had the privilege to have known him. My thoughts are with your family.

  • Our thoughts are prayers are with you all as you experience this difficult time. Death leaves a heartache that no one can heal; and, love leaves a memory that no one can steal. Although it’s difficult to see past the sorrows, may looking back on memories help comfort your tomorrows.
Hugs! We love you- Shannon, Ciera & Zakai

  • Jerry and Corliss: Though I didn’t know Morgan well, we worked together for a short time at MARCA many years ago. It is so very sad when a parent must endure the death of their child. I cannot even imagine your pain and I am very sorry this has happened to you and your family. Please know you have the sincere sympathy of Joe and I and we will pray that you feel the comforting touch of God in the days to come. May your happy memories of Morgan, and the love of your family surround you always.

  • Dear Lisha,
One of my favorite memories is your wedding day! You and Morgan were so happy and such a lovely couple. I was so inspired by your “I married my Bestfriend” theme. I sought out to do the same thing and met Shawn shortly afterward. I am so sorry for your loss and find it curious to be going through a loss at the same time myself.

May God give you strength and joy in your little boy. Morgan will be one of many angels to you both ~for always! Take care, my friend.
    Love, Sandi
