Minette Y. Hess, age 50, of Bladensburg, Ohio passed away on Tuesday, May 12, 2020 at the Licking Memorial Hospital.

She was born on November 14, 1969 in Hamilton, Ohio to Bonnie Vernon.  Minette graduated from Mount Vernon High School in 1988.  She spent the next few years being a homemaker and raising her children.  Minette was employed at the Mount Vernon Post Office for over 18 years.

She enjoyed softball, bowling, golfing, and going around watching dirt track racing wherever she could.

In addition to her mother, Minette is survived by her daughters Brittney (Brandon) Heim, Paige (Bradley) Burwell, Jill Regal, Danae Regal and Madison Hess; and companion Cameron Jones.

Minette was preceded in death by her daughter Ashley Regal; and grandmother, Claudia Dixon.

In keeping with Minette’s wishes, there will be no calling hours.  The family will observe a private family gathering at a later date.
